Quick fixes
Oldie can't hear me
Open the iPhone's Settings, scroll down and tap Oldie. Turn onMicrophone and Speech Recognition.
I can't hear the answer
Turn the volume up with the buttons on the side of the phone. Check the phone isn't on silent. Then tap 🔊 next to the answer to hear it again.
New phone or iPad
Open Oldie and tap the same sign-in button as last time. All the chats come back.
Cancel the subscription
On the phone that pays for it, open Settings, tap your name, thenSubscriptions, then OldieGPT, then Cancel.
Get a refund
Apple handles payments and refunds. Ask for one atreportaproblem.apple.com.
Delete everything
In Oldie, open the family settings (it asks for Face ID or the family PIN) and tapDelete my account. Every chat and detail is wiped straight away. Or email us and we'll do it for you.
